Rosalind is a third generation small business owner and nationally recognized
“momtrepreneur” who opened her first business at the age of 23. She Co-Founded Trusting Connections Nanny Agency and helped grow the small, two-woman operation to become one of the largest nanny agencies in the country and oversaw the company’s expansion into the Dallas, TX; Fort-Worth, TX; Friso, TX; Plano, TX; and Phoenix, Arizona markets. Rosalind also co-owns Logistigal, LLC, a web app company that develops ground-breaking technology designed for domestic service industries.

Most importantly, she the proud mother of two girls and has a deep understanding of the joys and struggles of family life and parenting. Rosalind has been a speaker for the International Nanny Association and the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies’ annual conferences. She is an industry leader and consultant and works with other agency owners to grow their brand. She recently won the Rising Star of the Year award and has made multiple appearances on News 4 KVOA in Tucson, Good Morning Arizona, 3TV in Phoenix and ABC15 as a local child care expert. She is married to Bryan, her cowboy and true soulmate and considers family life and motherhood her greatest joy.

As Trusting Connections Chief Operations Officer, Caroline truly makes it all happen. She manages the agency’s robust office staff team and ensures that TC is running at peak performance. She also serves as the CFO and oversees the financial affairs of all three locations. As a former professional nanny and Certified Postpartum Doula, Caroline has brought her many years of experience in the child care industry and expertise to Trusting Connections.

Caroline’s focus through Duet Coaching is the “boring stuff” when it comes to business operations. She has a passion for looking at the numbers and creating dynamic teams through Human Resource Development.

Caroline is an alumni of the prestigious Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses Training Program, where she gained world-class education on small business development. She is heavily involved in the local business community and has sat on numerous Boards. She currently serves on the International Nanny Association’s (INA) Board of Directors. She has also been an INA conference and Startup Tucson speaker and presented for the YWCA’s InnovateHER challenge.

Though her “why” is ever changing as her family grows, Caroline never loses sight of her passion to professionalize the industry and to mentor business owners through their entrepreneur journey.
